Adidas Partners with Twitter to Live-Stream High School Football Games

Adidas Partners with Twitter to launch a the first-ever live streaming series of high school football games on Twitter, called “Friday Night Stripes”. Now high school football games will stream live on the social media platform.

“Nationally ranked teams” include teams from California, Nevada, Indiana, Georgia, and Florida. These teams will be part of the series, the 8-game series will start on September 7 and continue throughout the regular high school football season. It will over with the final game on November 9.

The series of game will start by Cedar Grove of Ellenwood, GA and McEachern of Powder Springs, GA on September 7th. After that games feature Indianapolis, Indiana high schools Ben Davis vs. Warren Central on September 14th, Marietta (Marietta, Georgia) vs. McEachern on October 12th, and Doral vs. Chaminade in Florida on October 18th.

The game’s broadcast will be Courtney Lyle of ESPN and the SEC Network, former Packers linebacker AJ Hawk, and sideline reporting by YouTube personality Cameron “Scooter” Magruder. Moreover, special guests will make appearances to join the play calling throughout the series of games.
