Just recently, Google engineer has confirmed that a systemwide dark mode may be coming our way in the next version of Android.

Android 10 Q will Surely Bring Advanced Features for Smartphones

As the feature is highly in demand, many companies have started rolling out it in their UI. Just recently, Samsung’s newest One UI has a systemwide dark mode which is quite very smooth. Now Google will bring it in the latest update for sure. Basically, the dark mode does not need presentation. It also put a pleasant effect on eyes and saves your retinas from burning when ambient light is low. Also, it is beneficial for OLED displays which consume less power when displaying darker colors.

According to the Google, Android Pie offers support for the latest edge-to-edge screens with a cut-out for the camera and speaker. Another major feature is App Actions, that insert quick actions based on your activities within the app launcher at certain times of the day. Android Pie also brings new system navigation.

We may also hope that the next version of Android will also get the advanced features. Let’s see what Google will surprise us with the new features in the Android 10 Q.
