Android 9 Pie Update Is Rolling Out To Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M2)
Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M2) was launched back in December 2018 which is an upgraded version of the Zenfone Max Pro M1. Recently, we have come to know that Asus has started rolling out the Android 9 Pie Update for Zenfone Max pro (M2). The update is recently seeding in India, however, there are still no words about its global rollout yet. Before this, Asus also rolled out the Android Pie update for the ZenFone Max Pro (M1) and Max (M2).
Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M2)Â Receives Android Pie Update
The Android Pie update for ZenFone Max Pro (M2) is an OTA Update. The handset carries version number 16.2017.1903.061. The latest update has come with March security patch instead of the latest April patch.
ZenFone Max Pro M2 comes with a 6.26-inch HD display with 19:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The handset sports a display notch up front. It has a slight chin at the bottom as well. The smartphone features a dual camera set up at the back. There are three camera sensor cutouts. However, the third cutout is for the flashlight.
The dual camera setup sports a 12-megapixel sensor and another 5-megapixel sensor at the back with f/1.8 aperture. At the front, the selfie snapper is of 13-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture. Moreover, it has a rear fingerprint scanner and a gradient finish back panel. Furthermore, the phone is powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC. The phone has a massive battery cell of 5000mAh with fast battery charging 5V/2A 10W. The Asus Zenfone M2 Color Options include Blue and Titanium.
