These HTC Phones Will Get Android Pie Update By the End of This Month

Most of the smartphone companies are making plans for the rollout of the latest Android 9 Update. HTC is yet another maker to detail its plans for Android 9.0 Pie updates. Back in March, the company has announced that it will start rolling out the Android Pie Update to some of its smartphones very soon. Now the company has officially announced that these HTC Phones Will Get Android Pie Update By the End of This Month.

HTC does not announce the exact date of the Android 9 update. However, it declares the months in which its flagship devices, U11, U11+, and U12+ will get the update. HTC has announced this on Twitter account. Check it out here.

As you can see from their Tweet, HTC U11 will get the update by the end of this month. Moreover, the U11+ and U12+ will get the update in June.

I think HTC is quite late in bringing the Pie update to its smartphones as many other manufacturers have already rolled out the Pie update to their smartphones. But it’s ok; I am sure there will not be many users of these phones.
