Apple Announces Higher prices for iPhone battery replacements from January 1st

If you are planning to replace an iPhone battery, rush to the local Apple store and replace iPhone battery at Cheap pricing i.e; $29. By the start of 2019, the iPhone battery replacements prices will go high. It should be noted here that this pricing was due to throttling controversy that had affected iPhone batteries.

Now Apple has updated its battery page with the new higher prices that will begin on January 1st. Next year, the iPhone which is out of warranty, battery swaps will cost accordingly.

  • iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, X: $69
  • iPhone 8, 8 Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, 6, 6 Plus, SE: $49
  • All other eligible models: $79

People whose iPhone are still under warranty will not have to pay anything for battery replacement.

After weeks of heavy rumours, Apple announced three new iPhones at an event on Wednesday: iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR. The tech world was eagerly waiting for the latest 2018 iPhones.
