Apple Leak Reveals Changes in iPhone X Design
A new leak within Apple’s own supply chain reported that the company is going to change iPhone X design. Before the launch of iPhone X, it was expecting that this flagship by Apple will rock the smartphone industry. But when it came to market, it did not makes it’s place in the market, as was expected by Apple. Apple Leak Reveals Changes in iPhone X Design.
According to ET News, insiders have revealed Apple is working with LG Innotek to reduce the size of the so-called ‘notch’ on the iPhone X. This will be done by combining the front-facing camera with Face ID, allowing the notch to be cut away.

Currently, Face ID works by using three parts they are a dot projector, flood illuminator and infrared camera. Therefore any future front facing camera would need to be truly multi-purpose. It has been also reported that it would still allow the notch to be reduced in size, even if the camera could replace a single Face ID module.
However, some insiders said that although Face ID will be added to more Apple products during 2018, the smaller notch is not expected to be ready until 2019.
