Google Integrates Assistant into Google Maps to Make it more Responsive

Google has announced at CES 2019 that it has done integrating the Assistant into Google Maps for both Android and iOS. No doubt, integrating Assistant into Google Maps will make the use of Maps easier. Now, without leaving the Maps, users can use other apps.

According to Google,  users can manage flights with Assistant, including checking in getting a digital boarding pass. This feature is now in beta testing. However, soon it will be available to all.

Recently, Google has rolled out a new messaging feature for Google Maps for Android. This messaging functionality will allow the app users to engage in IM conversations with businesses. However, we still don’t know how many companies or businesses are taking advantage of this new feature yet. The feature is more specific for finding out information about a store or local business that can’t easily be found on its website.
