Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 First Update Brings Better Camera Effects Optimization

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 was launched earlier this month which is an upgraded version of the Zenfone Max Pro M1. Recently, the Firmware OTA update started hitting the handsets. This is the first update the device is getting after its launch that has brought many significant changes and improvements. Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 First Update has brought camera effects optimization, an updated audio performance, upgraded fingerprint sensor and much more.

The latest update has brought many changes. The new package update comes with a better camera effect optimization. Together with that, it also brings an updated audio performance and an upgraded fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the touch firmware has been also updated so that it can provide more accurate and fast experience. All the glitches has been resolved. The latest update has also improved the display edge on this device. Last but not least, there has been an update on the Google security patch from October Security patch to November. Furthermore, this update is rolling out in phases.  According to the company, the update will make its way to a minimal number of users before it gets to others in order to avoid system bugs associated with updates.

As per the specs, Pro M2 takes the glass sandwich approach. A more powerful processor, Snapdragon 660 chipset powers the handset. Furthermore, the Max Pro M2 carries a 12MP main sensor on the back coupled with a 5MP unit. Pro M2 features a massive 5,000 mAh battery that keeps the lights on. Moreover, it also offers 2340 x 1080 screen resolution resulting in an extra-tall 19.5:9 aspect ratio for a jumbo-sized 6-inch panel.
