Big Fault: Galaxy S8 & Note 8 Screen Automatically Turns On

Now-a-days Samsung is going through its bad phase. Because it has been seen that the company is facing continuous criticism from its customers. Users of the Galaxy S8/S8+ and Note 8 have recently complained that display on their phones is randomly turning on while charging. However, no one knows the apparent reason. Users of the S8+ complained that when they charges their phones the screen turns on every ten seconds. While there are  couple of videos on social platforms providing the proof this odd behavior in action. The screen randomly turns on, turns off, and then turns on again for so many times.

While some users have claimed that this only happens when their phones are on wireless charging, But others said that the issue persists whether they charge their phones wirelessly or with a cable.

Previously, some Galaxy Note 8 users have reported that their phones are not turning on or getting charged after their battery drain completely. While there are no exact figure yet regarding the number of Galaxy Note 8 devices having this issue. It seems that the new year will not be so good for Samsung, because the company is losing it’s customers’ confidence. There is need to fix some major bugs in the Samsung’s flagship devices, otherwise the downfall is waiting for the company.

  • It’s an option called ‘Always on display’ which can be turned off ffs stop with the unnecessary hate and drama regarding Samsung. I myself have a Note 8 and it works absolutely fine.
