Black Shark 2 Pro Lands with Snapdragon 855+

After getting so many rumors and news about the gaming phone, the Black Shark 2 Pro is finally here. It is an upgraded version of its predecessor and land with the latest Snapdragon 855+ chipset. Moreover, it comes with UFS 3.0 storage and refined design with improved grip. Let’s check out the specs of the phone first.

Black Shark 2 Pro has a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. Making the gaming experience more realistic, it comes with stereo speakers as well. The company also claims that it reduces touch latency down to 34.7ms compared to 43.5ms on the previous model. The phone also has an under-display fingerprint sensor.

Black Shark 2 Pro Comes with Dual camera Set up

As mentioned above, the device is powered by the latest Snapdragon 855+ chipset. Moreover, it comes with 12GB RAM and 128/256GB of storage. Furthermore, it comes with an updated liquid cooling 3.0 which now comes with a liquid-cooled plate and tube for optimal thermal management.

Furthermore, the phone comes with dual camera set-up including a 48MP F/1.75 main sensor and a 12MP F/2.2 secondary shooter. For beautiful selfies, the phone comes with a 20MP camera with an F/2.0 aperture. The feature I personally do not like in the phone is its battery capacity. As of the gaming phone, it should have 40W fast charging capability. The phone has a 4,000 mAh capacity with 27W fast-charging support. The gaming phone comes with the latest Android 9 Pie.

The Black Shark 2 Pro will be available in Black, Silver, Blue, Orange and Purple colours. The phone will go on sale starting August 2. However, the pre-orders begin later today. As per the price of the phone is concerned, the 12/128GB version will cost around CNY 2,999 (PKR 70,000). Whereas, the 12/256GB variant comes in at CNY 3,499 (PKR 82,000).
