To tackle this issue Careem has launched a Notifications Center. A notification canter is a central hub for messages within Careem app to capture and store messages that you want to keep track of.

The Notification Center will make it easy for Careem customers, to catch messages that they used to loose earlier. The messages will have useful, educational or full of deals and offers. Make sure you keep an eye at every message.

Whenever there will be a new message, a red badge will appear on Notification Center in the menu. Right now this feature is in testing phase and is only available to some people. Careem revealed that this feature will gradually be rolled out to everyone over the next couple of weeks.
