‘CEO of the Year 2016-17’ Excellence Award Presented to Aamir Ibrahim

The fundamental purpose of “Pakistanis Leading The Telecom CEO League” benchmarking is actually to come up with the evaluation report of mobile operators’ CEOs on basis of certain developed skill sets and acheivements. Aamir Ibrahim was judged as a winner primarily because of his achievements during the year due to his leadership skill in successfully managing the merger of Warid with Mobilink, relaunch of the Jazz brand, encouraging innovation and rejuvenating the entire Jazz human resource to accept the challenges of the emerging mobile industry. Today, the company is not only seen as a market leader in terms of its subscribers but in many other facets of service delivery and innovation.
