Irfan Wahab Khan has been with Telenor for 12 years and was the first employee in Telenor Pakistan when he started as Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs Division in 2004. Since then he has served in various positions within Telenor Group both in Asia and Europe, including Vice President Devices and Vice President and Head of Asia Distribution. He is also a Board Member of Tameer Microfinance Bank.

Telenor is the second leading cellular operator in Pakistan having almost 37 million subscribers. Recently it launched 4G services. Before this, Zong and Warid (now merged with Mobilink) were the 4G operators in Pakistan.

Recently, Telenor celebrated its success of 4G services with Business customers at an event in Lahore.
