Cisco to Buy Ericsson Soon

There have been many rumors about Ericsson‘s sale or merger with the Cisco from last year in the industry. Finally, a clear hint about this merger has came in to light as a related story appeared on LinkedIn and quoting the both company’s CEOs. In America and entire EU, the Cisco-Ericsson partnership will be a great threat for ZTE and Huawei; as it will really overtake the Cloud business and Industry 4.0, IoT.

Cisco CEO said that:

“We are buying very good assets, at a very good price and we will win big.”

From last year, we haven updated by many technology websites that Ericsson’s CEO Hans Vestberg is under great pressure due to his company;s negative performance in the market. Recently he said:

“His company’s share price is down almost 25% this year, revenues and margins are falling, the situation is becoming uncontrollable for him.”

Hans Vestberg, also believes that:

“His company has the staying power to see off the current headwinds that are pummeling its top and bottom line and remain as an independent, standalone company.”
