Dark Mode for Skype Launches with Multiple other Features

Well, such trending feature these days is Dark Mode. Each and every app is following the trend initially launched by Google. The dark mode feature on these apps will put less strain on people’s eyes and will protect their eyesight. Furthermore, dark mode will consume less battery which is the most important problem these days. So following the dark mode race, Microsoft is bringing dark mode for Skype finally.

Things to Expect from Dark Mode for Skype

The newly released dark mode is available on both Android and iOS. Well, that is the big change but not the only one incorporated by Skype. The app has brought many changes and bug fixes. Some are mentioned below:

• Chatbox sizes and Split View position
• With a split view, you can move and resize your video preview during a video call 
• New messages indication in the individual conversation windows of Split View
• Minimized windows features
• Grouped notifications on Android

Skype has also added a schedule call option for the group. This is a new feature which was previously available for 1 to 1 chat only. In the new feature, you will be able to set one time to arrange a group call in advance. All these new features are launched by Skype and will be reaching us in a couple of days.
