Election Campaigns by Telecom Operators
Pakistan’s telecom is improving dramatically, operators are finding new ways to charm consumers by the kind of services they offer, by segmenting the market in terms of products and the kinds of services different segments need.
The operators in Pakistan are taking full benefit of elections; all the cellular operators have been launching different campaigns for elections to contribute towards economic, political and social life of society.[blockquote cite=””] Ufone started its campaign by giving information and details of elections to its users through Voice and SMS based platform. This service aims at giving details of election news and updates.

[/blockquote] [blockquote cite=””] Telenor came up with its different and innovative campaign “Angootha Chalao”, this campaign aims at providing answers to all the elections related queries of subscribers. This campaign also created awareness among the users of every telecom operator of Pakistan.
[/blockquote] [blockquote cite=””] Warid launched its special service to keep the customers up to date with the latest news and updates regarding Elections 2013, which includes News & talk shows, Election polls, Chat, Election quiz, Political Party content, wallpapers/animations, Party’s past Election history & Election results.
Elections 2013 updates are available through both IVR and SMS.
Our Telecom operators are also contributing with the help these election campaigns; the operators are also playing their part in making “Naya Pakistan”.
