Facebook, social media giant, has proudly announced its 3rd quarter report. Facebook now has 1.8 Billion active users. This time Facebook Announces 3rd Quarter Report in a different way. Mark Zuckerberg showed third quarter earning in a video. This video contains quarterly report along with the new features introduces by Facebook. Good news for Facebook is that, its revenue increases more than 50 percent over the same period last year.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said on his Official page on Facebook:

The number of people going Live on Facebook at any moment has grown by 4x since May. We launched Instagram Stories less than 3 months ago, and already more than 100 million people are using it every day. We’re also building a brand new camera across our apps and we’ll be adding even more visual messaging tools over the next few months.

According to him, their main focus was putting videos on apps. Because people are more interested in uploading videos. For this reason Facebook is going to introduce some more features.

The net income of Facebook in nine months of 2016 reaches to $2379 Billion. However in 2015, this amount was $896 Billion during the same period. We can say that, there is approximately 166% increase in net income of Facebook in one year. Moreover total revenue that Facebook gain this year is $7011 Billion which was $4501 Billion in 2015. So, Facebook has 56% more increase in revenue in one year.
