As we all know that Facebook always come up with some exciting changes and innovative ideas. This time Facebook has cracked good news for its users by adding two new features.

Facebook Integrates Dropbox, now Share File and Video Chat Heads

According to Betanews, the new features were announced by Dropbox  and will be available to both Messenger users of Android and iOS. The app will further support Video Chat Heads in the coming days. After this upgrading, Facebook users can continue with their video calls while messaging the other users.

The DJ Chung, Product Manager, Dropbox said that;

“Now, when you tap the more button in Messenger for iOS or Android, you’ll see Dropbox as an available source. With the Dropbox app installed on your phone, you can share any file in your Dropbox without having to leave the Messenger app”

The company further added that now the photos and videos will appear instantly in-chat. Whereas, for accessing other files, the Facebook messenger users will have to tap the screen. After that they have to bring recipients to the Dropbox mobile app where they can preview and save many other files. With this feature it becomes easy and quick to share vacation snapshots, home movies, and laugh-worthy memes with any of the 900 million people using Messenger. For sharing these things it does not matter if the users are Facebook friends or not.

The dropbox in their official blog said that all they want is to improve the ways for communication.

“We want people to communicate just the way they want to on Messenger, with everyone they care about”
