The social media giant Facebook has launched this new product on Wednesday. Its called Mentorship and Support. This tool will connect the users with mentors to get the advice and support they need. The aim is to bring together people who have shared experiences and goals but don’t already know each other. In this way they can exchange their knowledge and experiences making it a win, win and win. This means that good for the mentee, good for the mentor and good for the entire organization.

Facebook is partnering with nonprofit organizations that have already been working in this field in order to pair mentors and mentees. The exception is that they will now use Facebook to work through a step-by-step program designed to the mentee’s goals.

This new Facebook tool will bring all these online programs together, thus helping in facilitating the relationships through a page and program developed by the nonprofit organizations. The tool prompts communication, easy access to resources, and a curriculum.
