First Samsung Mid-Range Device with In-Display Fingerprint Scanner to Appear Next Month


One industry insider revealed that Samsung plans to launch two new smartphone lines known as Galaxy P and Galaxy R in China. He gave this information back in July. The Galaxy P devices are expected to be mid-range devices. The first phone from Galaxy P series will be called the Galaxy P1, which is going to appear next month. It will be First Samsung Mid-Range Device with In-Display Fingerprint Scanner. Yes, Samsung’s next Chinese mid-range device known as Galaxy P1 is expected to come with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Currently, there are no any details about the official spec sheet of the handset, but the expected market suggests that the device will have an Exynos processor that is paired with at least 3 or 4 gigs of RAM.

There is also possibility of dual camera setup in the device according to the requirement of Chinese market. A notch less display should also be present just because of Samsung’s traditions and defying recent design directions.

When it comes to the display, a separate tweet has revealed that the most impressive feature of Galaxy P1 may actually lie beneath the panel.
