The new software version is A505FDDU1ASD6 and its size is 666MB. It brings a couple of new camera features as well like narrow 68-degree field of view for the front-facing camera, more background effects for the Live Focus mode and beauty video mode for the front and back cameras

The update adds Bixby Routine feature that’s available on higher tier Galaxy phones and lastly – call and message continuity. This means that you can answer calls and respond to texts from other compatible devices signed with your Samsung account.

The update resolves the under-display fingerprint scanner issues that some users are having. The new software should make unlocking faster and more reliable. The software also contains Google’s April security patch and will roll-out in stages.
