Gboard is Google’s most popular keyboard app on the Google Play Store, that comes with new improvements after some time and brings new updates. Now, the app is receiving a new update that comes with a slew of new features for the popular keyboard app. The version number of the latest update is 8.3.6. Gboard v8.3.6 comes with several improvements.
This new update brings support of handwriting for more than 200 languages. Furthermore, there is also a couple of new features that we will get to see.
Gboard v8.3.6 Comes with Handwriting Support for Over 200 Languages
Presently, the Gboard version 8.3.6 is available for all users. They can download the update from the Google Play Store. However, if you are not seeing it on Google Play Store in your region then you can sideload the app via APK Mirror. Both iOS and Android users can use the app. iOS users can download the app from the App store, though it has not received the same update.
In order to choose your preferred language for handwriting input, you simply have to open Gboard’s settings and then select Languages. Now you have to tap on add a keyboard and on the next screen, choose your preferred language.
Now Gboard users can also share their language settings with other Gboard users. A couple of other new things have been added in the update but the handwriting support for 200 languages is the major one.
