Google Duo Video Messages Get an Update

Once the users get the new update then they can enjoy the new filters and effects. In order to get access to these new filters, users have to open up the Duo app and swipe down for recording a video message. Users will see an option on the right side of the screen to select filters and effects. When users select any filter or effect then they can start recording.

The new filters are quite interesting. Some of them come with heart-shaped tinted glasses or turn you into a shades-wearing cat with whiskers, or will give you effect that as you are looking through an open window.

Moreover, the effects choices will help you to change some of the color tintings of a text. You will also have choice to decorate the background with a bokeh blur.

It is important to note that, presently, the filters and effects are only available for video messages not for videos. According to the report, the new filters and effects are functional only on version 63 of the Duo app.
