Google Fit Gets Dark Mode to Save Your Eyes
Google Fit is one of the best health tracking apps and recently it gets a dark theme option on Android. In the dark theme, the black background prevents the eyes of the users from getting blinded by bright white light in the dark or at night time.
Nowadays, the dark theme is becoming a popular feature among users. It has also been reported that Android Q and iOS 13 will include a “system-wide” dark mode when they are released later this year.
Google Fit Gets Dark Mode to Save Your Eyes
If you want to activate the dark theme on your Google Fit app, then that is very simple. Follow the steps given below:
- Tap on the Profile tab on the lower right side of the screen.
- Now tap the gear icon in the upper right corner to open the settings menu.
- Under the Display heading, you can choose from a dark theme, a light theme, or a light theme unless the battery saver is enabled.
The dark theme saves the battery life on a device with an AMOLED screen. These screens create black by turning off all pixels, which saves the battery life of the handset. Moreover, the dark theme doesn’t put stress on your eyes, that’s why people are now more comfortable with dark themes on the Android.
