Google Home Broadcast Works as an Intercom System at Home

Google Home is a blessing in disguise. This smart device help you to perform many house chores. However Google announced one of the most interesting feature few days back: Google Home Broadcast Works as an Intercom System at Home. With this cool feature one can use Google home on your phone to broadcast message to other Google assistants at home.

This will be very helpful specially for household women with large double storied homes. For example if they want to invite people to join her for lunch on dining table she do not need to shout any more.

People were very excited to avail this feature after it was announced. It seems they have finally rolling out this feature to google home family. The update is rolling out to users in the U.S., Australia, Canada, and the U.K. with Homes set to English.

With this new feature one can broadcast to Google home from phone or another Google home. The basic requirement for the broadcast are two or more Google Home or Home minis on the same WiFi network. When you broadcast something,it will go to all the Google home devices whose Do Not Disturb mode is turned off.

If you want to broadcast from your phone to Google home, you need to open up Google Assistant on your phone and say “Broadcast I’m on the way home”. I love this news interesting feature and find it very useful. What about you people?
