Google Inbox For iPhone X Having Full-Screen Support
The latest update of Google Inbox for iPhone X has removed the black bars on the top and bottom of the screen so it fits the iPhone X’s display more naturally. Before this update, there were certain black bars at the top and bottom of the screen which didn’t allow the user to enjoy 18.5:9 display of the iPhone X. Removing the black bars have allowed the users to enjoy a bigger display making them feel too comfortable.
Apple is abiding by Apple’s new iOS requirement. While discussing this requirement the company unveiled that:
‘All iOS app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 11 SDK and must support the Super Retina display of iPhone X.”
Although it has some missing key features like an “all inboxes” view that is present on Android, still iPhone X users will be glad to have this update.
