One of the best thing about this site is that you can take the online course absolutely free. Earlier Google has launched Machine Learning Crash Course for its employee only. Now People can take this 15 hour course online for free. So, if you really want to get understand that course, you must understand intro-level algebra and have some basic programming ability.
