Google Maps is testing Incognito Mode

Just like dark mode, incognito Mode is also very famous these days, and many apps are incorporating it for the welfare of their customers. Many would think of how this incognito mode can benefit users. It’s simple; it makes browsing etc. private. Just recently, Google Chrome and YouTube have also incorporated incognito mode in their apps. In Google Chrome, Incognito mode allows users to browse things privately. With this feature, your browsing history will be protected, and the forms you fill will also remain private. Soon we will be able to enjoy Google Maps Incognito Mode as well.

On YouTube, the incognito mode works differently. No one will come to know the things you are surfing on this app, and your mom will also not able to know what were you watching last night. In short, by getting incognito on YouTube, you have the best opportunity to save others from spying you.

Google Maps Incognito Mode is Rolling out to Some users

Coming back to Google Maps, The Company is testing incognito for its navigation apps. Now, Google is testing an Incognito Mode for its Maps. With this mode in chrome; you would be able to see the nearby place and others would not be able to notice it. Only some people are part of this test and have received this feature. If you are one of those people who are lucky enough to be a part of this feature, you can avail it by clicking on the profile picture. On the upper right corner, you will see “turn on incognito mode” option. On enabling it, the colours of the app will change from blue to dark grey.
