Google Pixel 11a Specs Leaked: Tensor G6, 5,000mAh Battery and More

Google is already working on the next phone in its affordable Pixel A-series lineup. The Google Pixel 11a has started appearing in leaks, giving users an early look at its possible design, specs, and features.
CAD-based renders shared by tipster OnLeaks in collaboration with Android Headlines show that the Pixel 11a could keep a familiar design. The phone is expected to follow the styling of recent A-series models, including the Pixel 9a and Pixel 10a.
Google Pixel 11a Specs Leaked: Tensor G6, 5,000mAh Battery and More
The leaked renders show a horizontal, pill-shaped camera section on the rear. It is expected to house two cameras, while the LED flash could sit separately beside the camera module. Overall, the design appears to be a refinement rather than a major change from the previous generation.
Tensor G6 Chip Could Power the Pixel 11a
One of the biggest changes could be inside the phone. The Pixel 11a is tipped to use Google’s Tensor G6 chipset. This would be a notable upgrade over the Pixel 10a, which uses the Tensor G4 chip.
The Tensor G6 is already associated with Google’s Pixel 11 series, suggesting that the company could bring its newer-generation processor to the A-series as well. The phone is also expected to feature a MediaTek modem, Google’s Titan M3 security chip, and 8GB of RAM.

6.3-Inch Display and High Brightness
The Pixel 11a could retain the 6.3-inch display size used by the Pixel 10a. The screen is expected to support a 60Hz to 120Hz refresh rate.
According to the leak, the display could also reach a peak brightness of up to 3,350 nits. If accurate, this would make the screen easier to view in bright outdoor conditions.
The leaked dimensions are reportedly 153.46 x 72.35 x 9mm. This would make the Pixel 11a slightly shorter and narrower than the Pixel 10a, while maintaining a similar thickness and screen size.
5,000mAh Battery Expected
The Pixel 11a could also offer a large battery. The leaked information points to a minimum battery capacity of 4,870mAh, with a typical rated capacity of around 5,000mAh.
Interestingly, the minimum capacity would be slightly lower than that of the Pixel 10a. However, the actual battery performance will depend on the chipset, display and Google’s software optimisations.
The phone is also expected to feature a new front-facing camera, although details about its resolution have not been revealed yet.
Possible Colours and Software Support
Google could introduce the Pixel 11a in several colour options. The leaked choices reportedly include Obsidian, Fog, Olive and a purple shade that may be marketed as Orchid.
The phone is also expected to receive Google’s long-term software support. Reports suggest that the Pixel 11a could get up to seven years of updates, although Google has yet to officially confirm this information.
Possible Launch Timeline
Google announced the Pixel 10a in February 2026. If the company follows a similar release schedule, the Pixel 11a could arrive around February or March 2027.
For now, Google has not officially announced the Pixel 11a. The specifications and design details are based on leaks and CAD renders, so some features could change before the phone is launched. More information is likely to emerge as the expected launch date gets closer.
