Google said in a blog post:

At Google I/O this year, we announced Google for Jobs, a new company-wide initiative focused on helping both job seekers and employers, through collaboration with the job matching industry

Google has collaborated with different help wanted and wmplyer rating services such as LinkedIn, Monster, WayUp, DirectEmployers, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, and Facebook. This detailed job information is a new technique on Google’s part as the search engine has always shown bare bone links for different help wanted sites.
