Google Play Music is Set to Dead on April 30
Google is planning to shut down Google Play Music. It is one of the few kinds of music streaming services that let you upload your own content for free.
The tech giantย has revealed that it will remove theย Artist Hubย on Google Play Music, that comes with up-and-coming bands and musicians. However, unfortunately, the service will no longer work as of April 30, 2019.

Google Playโs Artist Hub has stopped the new sign-ups.ย Google said that the move is part of its plan to replace Google Play Music withย YouTube Music.

YouTube Music lets artists take advantage ofย YouTubeย analytics, connect with fans, promote tours and sell tickets, among other things.
After April 30th, musicians will no longer be able to use the service to upload or edit their tracks. Google is convincing users to become โa YouTube Artist in case you are not alreadyโ and recommending a list of YouTube partners.
The costย of YouTube Music is $10 per month. It also includesย YouTube Premium, that is providingย you access to original content along with removing ads throughout all of YouTube. So if you are thinking to make an account in Google Play Music then drop the idea.
