Google Stadia App Goes Live Ahead of Launch Date

Hey! good news for the lovers of the games. You are now one step closer to the future of cloud-based gaming. The tech giant has launched the official stadia app which is available on the Google Play Store. So you can download the app now.

Google is all set to launch the anticipated cloud gaming service on November 19, but the official application is live now for game lovers. Both iOS and Android users are able to download the app. Those Android devices that are running Android Marshmallow or later can run the app, though Play-enabled Chromebooks are not able to access the app.

The Google Stadia app is the primary way to buy games, manage Stadia account & controllers, and start gaming on Chromecast Ultra.

However, it is important to mention here that Stadia will not support all those devices at launch but only Pixel phones and Chrome OS tablets will get the support at first. However, the app can still be used on other devices in order to buy games and manage the account.

This is the first version of the Stadia app which is publicly available on the Google Play Store.The app has a high version number of 1.45.278447916.
