The new redesign merges your friend’s Snap messages with their stories. Many people hated it and reacted very angrily as out of all social media platforms, snapchat is considered to be less user friendly app. However there is a good new! Now you can switch back to old snapchat.

A twitter users Clare James posted step by step instruction two days back which helps users to switch back to old Snapchat on iOS.

Here are the steps:

1. Delete App
2. Go to Settings and click on iTunes and App Store
3. Click on Turn off Automatic Updates
4. Re download Snapchat
5. Type in email then hit forget pasword
6. Choose to reset via phone and get code
7. Type the code and change pasword
8. Login to Snapchat
9. Congrats! you have got the old version of Snapchat again

After you’ve completed all the steps, you should have the old Snapchat again. However there are rumors that this turnaround is temporary. It means if you force quit the app and re pen it you will get the redesigned version again.

Going back to old Snapchat means that you will not be able to enjoy new features that has come with the update. The choice is yours!
