Honor Confirms New X9e Pro With Huge 11,000mAh Battery

Honor has officially confirmed a new smartphone for the Malaysian market. The company is preparing to launch the Honor X9e Pro, which will stand out with its unusually large 11,000mAh battery.

The Honor X9e Pro is scheduled to launch in Malaysia on September 24, 2026. Ahead of the launch, Honor has revealed some details about the phone, including its battery capacity, camera, and available colors.

The smartphone will be available in four color options: Royal Purple, Reddish Brown, Dawn Gold, and Midnight Black. It will feature a large circular camera module on the back, with the company confirming a 108MP main camera.

Honor Confirms New X9e Pro With Huge 11,000mAh Battery

The biggest highlight of the Honor X9e Pro is its 11,000mAh battery. This is significantly larger than the batteries found in many current smartphones and could give the device long battery life between charges.

For comparison, Honor’s Magic 8 Pro comes with a 7,100mAh battery. Honor already offers an 11,000mAh smartphone in China called the X80 Pro Max, but the X9e Pro is expected to bring the same battery capacity to another market.

The large battery could make the X9e Pro appealing to users who spend a lot of time watching videos, playing games, or using mobile data and do not want to charge their phone frequently.

Durable Design

Honor has also confirmed strong protection against dust and water. The X9e Pro carries IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings.

These ratings indicate that the phone is designed to offer a high level of protection against dust and water exposure. However, the exact conditions covered by each rating can vary, so users should still follow Honor’s official guidelines.

The phone’s full specifications have not been revealed yet. Honor has also not announced its Malaysian price.

The X9e Pro will join Honor’s growing X series and could become an interesting option in the mid-range segment, particularly for users who prioritize battery capacity. More details about its display, processor, charging technology, and pricing are expected to be announced around its September 24 launch.
