How to Register Complaint on Cyber Harassment Helpline
As recently, Digital Rights Foundation (DRF) has launched  Pakistan’s First Cyber Harassment Helpline on December 1st. The cyber-crime victims can call on toll-free number: 0800-39393 and register their complaints.

DRF stated on its official Facebook page regarding this helpline:
Digital Rights Foundation is launching Pakistan’s first Cyber Harassment Helpline, which will provide a free, safe, and confidential service to victims on online harassment. The Helpline aim to provide legal advice, digital security support, psychological counselling, and a referral system to victims. It will begin its operations on December 1, 2016.

- Call on 0800-39393 or send an e-mail at [email protected]
- The portal remain open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
- Digital Rights Foundation will get back to you

Policies of Digital Rights Foundation:
- DRF will not store the personal identity of victim
- Neither the personal identity of the victim will be shared with any 3rd party
- Further if in case compelled by the law, DRF will also vigorously challenge the requests to the best of its abilities
- Once the case is resolved, DRF will permanently delete the data of cyber-crime victim
