- In the top right, click Settings
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to the “Conversation View” section.
- Select Conversation view on (messages will be grouped) or Conversation view off (messages won’t be grouped).
- At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
Google announced that disabling conversation view will be rolling out to all iOS and Android users in next 15 days. SO if you don’t see this feature in Android or iOS, wait for another couple of days.
