A Good News for HTC- Doubled its Revenue in June

Finally, we get good news from HTC as the company has got double revenue in June. From quite some times, HTC was facing a decline in its revenue. But now it seems like, HTC is finally coming back in its own way. Although, the company is still in decline on the YoY scale, But in June 2019, it recorded TWD1.4 billion in revenue ($44 million). The good news is that this is the highest in the past seven months.

The company has also announced its revenue for the first half of 2019 – it is TWD5.75 billion ($1.84 billion). The major part of this revenue was because of June’s sale. The yearly decline is just 34%, which is the lowest it has been since January 2018.

Last month, HTC has announced two mid-range smartphones, U19e, and Desire 19+. The Desire 19+ will go on sale this month. So, we may expect more revenue growth this month too.

The 4GB/64GB model of Desire 19+ will cost around €280 and the 6GB/128GB model will cost around €310. Moreover, the other phone, U19e comes with a Snapdragon 710 chipset with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of onboard storage. Moreover, it will cost around €420.
