Huawei Bi-Monthly Software Updates are Coming to These Devices

Earlier, Huawei has said it will roll out Android Oreo update for many of its devices. Now the company has said that it will continuously roll out updates in its devices. Most probably, these will be bi-monthly updates. Huawei Bi-Monthly Software Updates will include new features, bug fixes, and the latest security patches.

The following devices will get Huawei Bi-Monthly Software Updates.

• Huawei P10
• Huawei P20
• P20 Pro
• Huawei Mate 9
• Huawei Mate 10
• Mate 10 Pro
• Huawei Nova 3e
• Huawei Nova 2 lite
• Nova 2i

According to the company, the first software updates will arrive before the end of July. It should include not only the latest security patches but a face unlock feature too. It will also be completely configurable so that you can still have to swipe on the screen to trigger the face scanning if you want. This would then allow you to check the time and your notifications without unlocking your device.
