Huawei Foldable 5G Phone to Debut in 2019: CEO Richard Yu

Huawei just launched the most awaited Mate 20 series this week. This week has brought another great announcement instead of Huawei Mate 20 Series: Huawei Foldable 5G Phone. The news was confirmed by Huawei CEO who ensure that the most rumoured foldable phone will be coming next year.

The wait for Huawei Foldable 5G Phone Over

Mr Yu also confirmed that the upcoming Huawei Foldable phone will support the next Generation 5G wireless service. Previously Ken Hu also said on World Economic Forum that Huawei first 5G phone will be foldable. He also revealed that the device is expected to arrive in June next Year.
If everything goes as expected, Samsung will be first to win the race of foldable phone which is named as Galaxy F. The device is expected to launch in January at the 2019 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
Just a few days back we came across Huawei foldable leaked patent. The patent is published now by that organization and includes images of what Huawei has in mind. The foldable Huawei device is a full-sized tablet. It appears to fold in the middle to become a smartphone. But there is a “small gap” between the two screens when they are opened in the tablet position. However, the company is working on it to remove this gap.
