Huawei has launched Ascend Y300, it uses a newer version of Android and is very similar to the Ascend G330 in terms of specification, but there is a marginal difference in design and battery. As the Ascend Y300 has Android Jelly Bean 4.1.1 and the phone is powered by a Dual-Core 1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM and 1730 mAh battery.

This phone also has a variety of themes that allows users to change the icon style, wallpaper, font and color scheme of their choice.
