Huawei has announced its latest mid range smartphone, Honor 6X, in China. Huawei Launches Honor 6X in 3 Variant with Fingerprint Scanner. The Honor 6X runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based EMUI 4.1 OS. The smartphone is already up for pre-order in the country and shipping sill start on October 25.

The Honor 6X has 5.5 inch screen with 1920 x 1080 pixel display. Moreover, the smartphone also features Kirin 655 octa-core processor with Mali-T830 MP2 graphics. Honor 6X has a powerful 3,340 mAh battery.
As the phone comes in three variants at different prices. One variant features 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. From other two variants, one has 4GB RAM/32GB storage, and other has 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage.
All these models have dual back camera with phase-detection autofocus. Moreover, it has 8 MP front camera for selfie lovers. Honor 6X will be available in Gold, Silver, Grey, Blue, and Rose Gold colour.
There are two slots for SIM card and memory card. But it is totally upto you whether you use both slots as SIM card slots or one for SIM and one for Micro Card Slot.
Along with Honor 6X, Huawei also has launched Honor Pad 2 and Honor Watch S1. Moreover, Pad 2 has also come in two variants, 16 GB Wifi Only and 32 GB Wifi Only.
Honor Pad 2 with 16 GB Wifi only is available in approximately Rs. 15,500. But Pad 2 with 32 GB costs Rs. 20,000. However, Honor Watch S1 is priced approximately Rs. 11,000.
Currently Honor 6X is only available in China. Huawei does not provide any official date of 6X launch in other countries.
Huawei was also working to develop its own operating system. Recently Huawei has also launched its next generation processor kirin 960. The Kirin 960 processor uses four of ARM’s new, high-performance Cortex-A73 cores. Huawei’s upcoming flagship Mate 9 will feature kirin 960.
