Previously, Huawei has announced the official launch date of Huawei Mate 20 Series. The highly anticipated Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro are scheduled to see daylight in London on October 16. However, now, some reports claim that Huawei Mate 20 Porsche Design Model May Launch in October too.
Huawei Mate 20 Porsche Design May launch alongside Mate 20 and 20 Pro
Huawei has collaborated with German company Porsche Design on a number of Mate-branded devices. These devices include the Mate 9 Porsche Design and this year’s Mate RS Porsche Design.
Twitter user Roland Quandt, who is known for accurate leaks, claims that the Huawei Everest likely to be real. He has seen the manufacturer designation “EVR-xxxx” pop up, which has lead to him posting a tweet on the matter.
Huawei "Everest" seems to be real. "EVR-xxxx" popped up, seemingly used by Huawei employees. There were rumors about this being either the Porsche Design Mate 20 or an even bigger Mate 20 model launching alongside "Hima" and "Laya".

The company has not revealed any specs detail about the device yet. But we hope a bigger and strong version of the device. However the regular Mate 20 will follow in the footsteps of last year’s Mate 10 Porsche Design. Huawei has included some information that relates to the camera sensors that are included on the smartphone. They will be present above the usual Leica branding and a circular fingerprint scanner. Huawei’s regular Mate 20 will have no in-display scanner. Moreover, Renders clearly show the Huawei’s triple-camera setup.
The upcoming smartphones will feature Huawei’s Kirin 980 along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The handsets will sport a large 4,200mAh battery that will be keeping the lights on. It will support Android 9 Pie straight out of the box complete with the EMUI 9.0 overlay on top.
