Huawei Mate X Folds Flatter & Thinner than Samsung Foldable Phone
A few days ago, Samsung Galaxy Fold appeared with swag but unfortunately, its competitor just faded it’s swag as it has introduced a thinner device that has a bigger screen and folds flatter. Yes, say a warm welcome to the Huawei Mate X.
The Mate X comes with an 8-inch wrap around OLED display. It has a folded thickness of a mere 11mm and is packed by 5G technology. The powerhouse of the device is fulled by a 4,500mAh battery that is accompanied by an upgraded 55W version of Huawei SuperCharge. It is backed by in-house Kirin 980 processor.

The Mate X’s single OLED display is performing triple actions. When you fold the device, you will get a dual-screen smartphone, with the second display on the back. You can shoot selfies with the main camera the primary display. When you open up the Mate X, you will get an almost square tablet with a minimal bezel on three sides.
Following are the displays that you can get from this tablet:
- 6.6-inch (19.5:9 aspect ratio, 2480 x 1148 resolution) main display, when folded.
- 6.4-inch (25:9, 2480 x 892) rear display, when folded.
- 8-inch (8:7.1, 2480 x 2200) main display, when unfolded.
The device features a dual-SIM card slot. On the side of the Huawei Mate X, power key has a fingerprint sensor.
