In the era where people put more focus on smartphones instead of tablets, Huawei has announced a flagship tablet with a punch-hole display. Huawei MatePad Pro is the first tablet from Huawei which has a punch-hole display. Let’s check out the specs of the tablet first.

The tab has a 10.8-inch AMOLED panel with a 2560×1600 pixel resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio. There is an 8MP selfie camera for video calls and photos. Moreover, there is also a quad-speaker setup.
The Huawei MatePad Pro is powered by the Kirin 990 SoC. It has 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. However, the tablet will come in Wi-Fi only and LTE versions. There is a 13MP main shooter around the back. On the software side, the tab comes with Android 10 out of the box with EMUI 10. The tab has a laptop mode which brings a more traditional PC interface and multi-window functionality.
One of the promising features of the tab is its powerful battery of 7,250mAh which supports 40W Huawei SuperCharge, 7.5W reverse wireless charging and 15W wireless charging. The tab comes with an M-Pen stylus.
The tab will be available in White, Black, Green and Orange colours. Here are the pricing detail for different variants

- $540 for the 6/128GB LTE model
- $640 for the 8/256GB version
The company has started the pre-orders. However, there is no word when it will be available outside China. But hopefully, we will get it very soon.
