Earlier today, Huawei has released an official teaser of its new device. The device may be the Nova 4. However, the company has not revealed the name of the phone yet. Now the Huawei Nova 4 appeared in the wild and confirmed that the phone will come with Infinity-O display and headphone jack.
The Huawei Nova 4 appears to utilize a large cut-out in the top-left corner of the display that is home to the front-facing selfie camera. Presumably, this will be accompanied by relatively slim bezels above and on either side of the display. However, we are not sure about the design of the phone.
Huawei Nova 4 to launch in January next year
Other than that, Nova 4 will have a 3.5mm headphone jack on top. Moreover, the device will have a USB Type-C port down below. Other specs include Huawei’s homegrown Kirin 980, 6GB of RAM, and EMUI 9 based on Android 9 Pie straight out of the box.
Huawei hasn’t confirmed an exact release date for the Nova 4. However, the latest teaser reveals that the phone will launch in January. Let’s see what more the company will offer in the smartphone.
The previously launched Huawei Nova 3i is the first smartphone with the new Kirin 710 SoC. The screen is 6.3” LCD of FullHD+ resolution and 19:9 ratio like the original Nova 3. The phone has Android Oreo 8.1 OS and Huawei’s EMUI 8.1. The company promises AI features of the interface and GPU Turbo mode out of the box as well.
