Huawei’s top management has shown its inclination to extend their telecom business network in Pakistan and to become top service provider in cell phone service.

Huawei to Expand its Business in Pakistan. It is probable to do more work in Pakistan as the security situation in Pakistan is now much upgraded, said Vice president Government and Public Utility sector Huawei F.E Edwin Diender.

His company devoted high prominence to the Safe city project in federal capital. Expecting it will improving security situation of the city. Huawei is going to develop five safe cities in Punjab including Lahore. It is also offering services in execution of CPEC-related projects. Mainly for placing data-cables for better telecom connectivity at home and overseas.

Meanwhile, Chief operating officer, Safe-city project Akbar Nasir Khan revealed that there are a sum of Chinese companies which are engrossed to capitalize in Pakistan. As they consider it safer place now and profit-oriented.

With the expertise of Huawei, the Punjab government is going to develop five main cities in Pakistan in security outlook. He said that safe city project of Lahore is going to be inducted this month.

“We have hired a team of professional who will work on this project and we are very much hopeful that we will get positive results.”

He further added.

Safe city project in Islamabad is fully operational. Hopefully it will display good results maintaining peace in the federal capital, said Nasir Khan.
