Hurry Up Aliens-NADRA Extends CNIC Re-verification For One Month

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has extended the Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) re-verification Process. NADRA has verified over 56 million CNIC during ongoing re-verification process. Hurry Up Aliens-NADRA Extends CNIC Re-verification For One Month. The authority has completed the 60 percent re-verification of CNICs since the campaign started.

Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Minister for Interior, had also showed his satisfaction on NADRA’s work. According to the officials, 334 aliens had voluntarily returned their CNICs. The deadline of CNIC re-verification was August 31, 2016. But now NADRA extended amnesty scheme deadline for another one-month only for aliens.

Recently NADRA announced an online family verification service. With this service you can check that all your family members are registered under NADRA or not. According to online family re-verification drive, 80 officials of authority had also included aliens in Pakistani family trees. Ch. Nisar has also directed NADRA to take disciplinary actions against those officials.

Ch. Nisar has appreciated the public cooperation and media’s awareness for ongoing national security CNIC re-verification.

NADRA had also established a helpline and an SMS gateway to facilitate people. You can also verify your family tree through an SMS. Simply send your CNIC number to 8008 and you will get the detail of all registered family members.
