PTA, ITU & MoIT Successfully Conducts ICT Indicators Symposium

“ICT Indicators Symposium” was organised by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), ITU and MoIT at PTA HQs. The theme of the event was “Multi stakeholders engagement to highlight the need of ICT data Reporting“.

Mr. Sameer Sharma , Senior Advisor ITU Regional Office for Asia-Pacific , who is also responsible for South Asia talks about the recently concluded symposium and alongwith the MoITT and PTA has been instrumental in bringing the Regulators Roundtable , International Training Program to Pakistan. He is deeply engaged in ICT development of Pakistan including National Broadband Policy, Spectrum Management Policy, National Emergency Regulatory Framework. Mr. Sharma emphasized on improving the ICT Development Ranking of Pakistan to reflect Pakistan real development in the ICT Growth.
