iNew Inaugurates their First Customer Service Center in Pakistan

iNew, after releasing 5 Android smartphones in Pakistan continues expanding its presence by opening the first Customer Service Center to provide after-sales support for all users in the provincial capital. The Customer Service Center is strategically located in the heart of Lahore on the ground floor of Hassan Tower, near Hafeez Center, Gulberg.

The opening ceremony was lead by the CEO of iNew Pakistan.  A number of other partners and executives were also there at the inaugural ceremony, Mr. Alan Chen, CEO iNew Pakistan began the semi-formal event with a welcome speech.

Mr. Alan Chen said in his speech that the Service Center will also act as a platform of direct two-way communication between customers and the brand. With that, it will help the brand to enhance various aspects of its value chain.

iNew is trying its best to earn better brand devotion from customers, focusing on the demand of customers and market trends, bringing high performance products,latest technology and best customer services to the customers. iNew creates a good environment for career development and is also trying to meet the expectations of stakeholders by performing the social responsibilities as a corporate citizen.
The Customer Service Center is designed to offer ample support starting from product demos to servicing of gadgets to answering of consumer queries amongst other things. The center which is situated in the industrialized area of the city,  will be open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday, till 8:30 pm.
