Infinix Note Edge Clears FCC Approval, Launching Soon in Pakistan

Infinix’s latest Note 60 series device, the Infinix Note Edge, is now cleared for a launch in the United States by the FCC. The handset is expected to reach the Pakistani market shortly, offering consumers a high-spec 5G device.

The FCC filing confirms the device’s model number as X6887, matching previous listings on Google Play Console. The Infinix Note Edge comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, specifications in line with current midrange smartphone standards.

The device supports 5G connectivity across multiple bands, along with Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.x, GPS, and FM radio. While FCC documents did not reveal charging details, leaks indicate a 6,500 mAh battery, ensuring extended usage.

Design-wise, the Note Edge is expected to feature a 3D curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, likely inspiring the “Edge” branding. The IMEI sticker also shows a Titanium Grey color option, which may be among the first available in Pakistan.

The handset is powered by the Dimensity 7100 5G chipset. Google Play Console listings indicate three years of OS updates and five years of security patches, reflecting Infinix’s growing focus on software support for its 5G devices.

With Pakistan’s smartphone market showing growing demand for feature-rich 5G devices, the Infinix Note Edge could attract consumers seeking strong performance and extended software support. While Infinix has not announced an official launch date, industry leaks and certification activity suggest the device may debut by the end of this month or in early February 2026, with Pakistan expected to follow shortly after. In the local market, the Infinix Note Edge (8GB/256GB) is expected to be priced at around PKR 80,000 to PKR 90,000, placing it in the midrange segment.
